          What is Digital Alchemy ?      Daughters of Winter Solstice        Featuring R & A Several years ago I downloaded an app called PicsArt to edit my photos. While PicsArt was (and still is) a great app for editing my own photography, it is also a virtual playground for amateur digital artists . I knew very little about this medium,  but I wanted to learn. It took time, patience & plenty of learning curves.    For the love of O    featuring O   Five years later, I am now a Master Storyteller on PicsArt.com and have started my own online buisness called Digital Alchemy. If a client wants me to create something specific for them, I will create digital variations of what they want and send high resolution digital images they can print within 24 hours. My own re-imagined images                Kathy "A better place"  This is my sister, Kathy. I was very invested in getting this right. She was so beautiful and funny.  In the end, she faced dying head on and without fear.  She was so easy to please. She was happy even though her life was hard. I hope this image captures just a little bit of that.          Auntie E   This is my beautiful Auntie Ena, my mother's sister. She passed away in 2020 at the height of the Covid 19 pandemic. I loved her very much and I wish I had gone to visit her in the last year of her life.      Tyler, Ron & Carey Owsley   I went to school with Tyler and Carey. My mum worked with their dad, Ron at St. Marks Hospital . Carey was one of the funniest people I ever knew.  I made this for his mother, my friend Connie. I haven't been able to bring myself to give it to her.
